CALEB ROWLEYPRINCIPAL ENGINEER

Mr. Rowley is a professional automation engineer with extensive experience in multiple fields of work. He has proven success as a skilled problem solver and troubleshooter of complex control systems and design. He specializes in PLC / DCS programming with expertise in numerous different platforms. He leads out on controls projects and focuses on optimization, system integration, and safety. He has worked successfully on numerous projects and leads teams of technicians and engineers. Mr. Rowley also teaches training courses at PowMationU. Mr. Rowley graduated with an AAS in Electrical Automation Robotic Technology and  a BS degree in Technology Management both from Utah Valley University.


TREVER PARKERSENIOR CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Mr. Parker has worked in the electrical industry for over 20 years. He is a journeyman electrician and specializes in industrial motor controls, electrical systems, troubleshooting, and PLCs. Mr. Parker leads out on building control panels. He graduated with his AAS degree from the Electrical Automation Robotic Technology program at UVU. He teaches courses in instrumentation, NEC code, and programmable logic controllers.


MARCUS CHRISTENSEN—CONTROLS ENGINEER

Mr. Christensen is a dedicated and adaptable professional who excels in collaborative environments and rapidly masters new technologies. His enthusiasm for learning is demonstrated through his self-driven pursuit of Python and C++ via Udemy courses and personal projects, complementing his robust technical expertise. After completing a Trade Program at Bridgerland and Davis Technical Colleges, Marcus has honed his skills as an Integrator and Machine Owner at Synertech Automation and Tesla Inc., specializing in PLC programming across platforms such as Beckhoff, Lenze, Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Yaskawa. He is also proficient in HMI programming, Safety PLC systems (including Beckhoff Safety, Schmersal, and Keyence), and 3D CAD design using SolidWorks. Marcus’s experience spans the full lifecycle of automation projects—from design and programming to continuous improvement and maintenance—consistently delivering efficient and reliable solutions.


CASEY SHAFFER—JUNIOR CONTROLS ENGINEER

Mr. Shaffer thrives in hands-on problem-solving. He honed his mechanical skills and operational precision as an Operations Specialist at Sustainable Alternative Feed Enterprises. Mr. Shaffer attained his AAS in Mechatronics Engineering Technology and is currently pursuing a BS degree in Mechatronics Engineering Technology at Utah Valley University. He maintains a 4.0 GPA and holds certifications in SolidWorks, AutoCAD Electrical and UL508A MTR Panel Building. He is proficient in PLC programming and automation controls and is poised to innovate in industrial automation and controls systems.


JAYDEN PETERSON—JUNIOR CONTROLS ENGINEER

Mrs. Jayden Peterson has a background in electrical, industrial manufacturing, and automation technology. She holds an AAS degree in Automation and Electrical Technology from Utah Valley University. In 2023, Mrs. Peterson won the Bronze National Champion title in industrial motor control at the SkillsUSA competition. Her expertise includes electrical schematics, programmable logic controllers (PLC), human-machine interface (HMI), SCADA, process control and safety equipment. Additionally, she has hands-on experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Keyence, Omron and programmable automation controllers (PAC).

SAM CHRISTENSEN—CONTROLS TECHNICIAN

Mr. Christensen excels in automation solutions, rooted in his experience diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues in the automotive industry. He attained his AAS in Mechatronics Engineering Technology and is presently pursuing his BS in Mechatronics Engineering at Utah Valley University. Mr. Christensen is proficient in PLC programming, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and various CAD/CAM programs.


GARRETT ROWLEYELECTRICAL ENGINEER l

Mr. Rowley is an Electrical Engineer I with experience in electrical systems and arc flash studies. He earned his Associate's degree from Utah State University and is currently finishing his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Utah Valley University. He is starting to work toward obtaining his P.E. license.
